Mogwai - The Hawk Is Howling (2008)

Mogwai is one of the main figure of post-rock, which is kinda hard to describe  as genre so I'll just sum it up as instrumental rock . Don't expect any lyrics ,  only the use of the guitar pedals.

I have to admit that this is far from being their best album, and there are some songs that for me shouldn't have made the cut, especially when put with such masterpieces as Scotland's Shame ....

Anyway I fell in love with mostly three songs that -you can guess- I love to blast in the car, especially when, for example, I'm getting home and it's really dark and rainy, at 2 a.m.
